Below is a copy of our terms and conditions as they appear in our standard photography contract. Please be sure to read and understand prior to scheduling your session.

1. This agreement constitutes an order for portrait and/or services as agreed to by both parties: The Photographer and Contracting Party (Client). Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, thereof shall remain the property of the Photographer and may be used for advertising, display or any other purpose thought proper by the Photographer.

2. If Photographer cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to Photographer's illness or injury, then Photographer will return all fees to the Client(s) but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer.

3. For Portrait Photography, it is understood and agreed that no other person will be allowed to photograph during the Portrait Session.

4. On signing of this agreement by both parties hereto, the Photographer will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

5. The session fee is $40.00 and includes up to 2 hours of photography. A deposit of 50% is due at the signing of this agreement, with a further payment of all necessary expenses (unless otherwise specified) such development, batteries, parking, fuel, travel, taxi, hotel charges, etc., to be paid at the date of the event. No photography will take place and no rights are granted until timely payment is made in full.

6. In the event of Photographer’s illness or other emergency, the Photographer may either substitute another photographer or refund the client’s deposit. In the event of that a substitute photographer must be used, Photographer warrants that the substituting photographer shall be competent.

7. Prints ordered by the Client in addition to those prints included in the contract package shall be priced according the following:

4x6 - $5.00
5x7 - $8.00
8x10 - $10.00
11x14 - $20.00
16x20 - $60.00
Wallets (8) - $10.00
(25) 4x6s - $50.00
(50) 4x6s - $75.00
(100) 4x6s - $100.00

The above prices apply to prints on standard paper using normal processing techniques. For prints on custom paper or other custom media, additional charges will apply. For reprint orders, 75% of the order cost is due prior to delivery with the remaining 25% due upon delivery. Any print orders submitted by the Client subsequent to the initial reprint order will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

8. All photographs taken by Timothy Paul Wrobel / Wrobel Photographic Arts may not be reproduced, downloaded, copied, stored, uploaded, or manipulated in any manner or form whatsoever without the prior written permission of the photographer.

9. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
