1. Where are you located?
Our office is located in Romulus, Michigan.
2. Do you have a studio?
No, we do not have a studio and currently only work out of our clients homes and/or various outdoor locations.
3. Do you offer any special services not listed on your site?
Yes, if you are interested in a service but it is not offered on wrobelphotographic.com please contact us at the link above to discuss what you have in mind. If we can't do it, we may be able to direct you to someone who can.
4. Do you shoot with film or digital cameras?
For all of our portraiture work, we use high quality digital capture. For our fine art work, we use a combination of both film and digital.
5. Can we order reprints?
Yes, reprints can be purchased at any time. When ordering reprints, we ask that 75% of the final cost be paid for in advance.
6. How long will the photographs from our session remain on file?
Unless there is a malfunction with hardware or other cause for damage beyond our control, all files will be stored indefinitely.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments made by cash, check and money order. At this time we are unable to accept credit/debit cards.
8. Do we have to sign a contract?
Yes, a contract needs to be signed prior to your session stating that you understand our policies. This is standard business practice.
9. What time of day is best for my session?
For outdoor shoots, to achieve the best lighting we recommend your session take place approximately one hour after sunrise or two hours before sunset. For indoor shoots, any time of day is fine.
10. Can I bring a friend/family member along to my session?
Yes, you can bring anyone you would like if it makes you more comfortable.
11. Can we meet before my session date?
Yes, if you would like to meet prior to your session date let us know and we can set up a date and time.
12. Can I be photographed with my pet(s)?
As long as your pet(s) are well behaved we don't see a problem with including them in your session. Please note however that because some animals shed their fur, it is best in these situations to where a color that is least likely to show any shed fur. If you would like to include your pet(s) please let us know when you book your session.
13. What type(s) of paper will my photographs be printed on?
All photographs (excluding fine art prints) are printed using the RA4 chemical process on either Kodak Professional Endura papers with a lustre surface or Fuji Professional photographic paper with a lustre surface.
Due to the different processes used in making fine art prints, paper types will vary.
14. What if the location I choose requires an entrance fee?
If the location you have chosen for your session requires an entrance fee, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the photographers entry. The entrance fee will be added to your session fee and is due at the time your session takes place.
15. Will you help in selecting photographs from our session?
If you are having trouble deciding which pose(s) to order, we will be happy to offer suggestions on what we believe will look and/or print the best.
